Uygur makes a couple of really good points here. First off, Sheehan is another example of progressives tearing down one of their own icons and secondly, regardless of what you think of what Sheehan said from time to time, her voice and her actions were incredibly important in advancing the anti-war cause in this country. I'm not sure about his bit about the statues, but I do think that Sheehan deserves our respect and our admiration for what she did. Check out the video to your right for more.
