It's been a wild week of public outbursts.

Looks like it's the season of outbursts. On the heels of Kanye West's impromtu outburst at the VMA's, and less than a week after Representative Joe Wilson (R-SC) shouted at President Obama during his historic address on healthcare, we take a humorous look at the two spectacles.
