The 9/11 Commission Report provided only a brief cursory review of the events of that day by politically oriented panelists, but did not provide a detailed independent scientific investigation which would reveal the true nature of the multiple collapses of WTC 1, 2, and 7.

The resulting official conclusion, including the NIST Reports, is that the planes smashing into the buildings caused the buildings to collapse, but 7 was not hit by a plane and collapsed anyway.

Also, the buildings hit by aircraft, 1 and 2, did not topple over after being struck, but were still standing, tall and sound. Then the official conclusion reverts to the notion that fires caused the buildings to collapse, but the floors below the impeact zones of 1 and 2 were not on fire and were not damaged, and the small fires in 7 were mostly on the 12th floor and the other floors were not burning at all and were quite sound. Office fires cannot, under any circumstances, even come close to melting the numerous reinforced steel core columns supporting all 3 buildings.

All 3 buildings came straight down into their own footprints in mere seconds, which is the tell tale sign of explosive demolitions.

Certainly what looks like controlled demolitions in all 3 buildings, all on the same day, all in the same manner, cannot be anything else.

Congress should commence an indepdendent scientific investigation of the collapses of these 3 buildings by the appropriate independent architects, engineers, scientists, and scholars!
