National Organizing DayPlease join other Democrats Saturday, April 29th for a Neighbor-to-Neighbor Organizing Day. Volunteers will go door-to-door to talk with their neighbors about the Democrat’s vision for America based on honest leadership and real security. There are two canvas sites set up in Thurston County.....one staging in downtown Olympia across from The Alpine Experience at 11 a.m. and the other staging in Tenino at Biscuits & Stuff at 10 a.m. Yes, we know that April 29this the date of The Procession of the Species, but canvassing will be over long before the Procession starts! You may have already received an e-mail from the DNC about this national canvassing effort. Already, Washington state has the 3rd highest number of participants in the country, behind Texas and California! That's impressive, considering our much smaller population, and it shows what a bunch of dedicated Democrats we Washingtonians are! Please visit the links below to sign up to join in the Neighbor-to-Neighbor Organizing Day: If you have friends or family who might want to participate in one of the 900+ Neighbor-to-Neighbor Organizing Day events around the country, send them to this link for more information: http://www.democrats.org/a/party/a_50_state_strategy/50_state_canvass We look forward to a wildly successful day of canvassing and to seeing you at one of the two Thurston County canvas sites! | |
