You've got to see this video.
Aubretia is a Wal-Mart associate in Hudson, New York, who was courageous enough to speak out. From wages to scheduling to health care, Aubretia explains how hard it is to get by as a Wal-Mart employee:

I was touched when I heard Aubretia talk about her experiences in her own words -- and I'm sure you will be too. She tells us:
"I don't know if anybody could get along with just working for Wal-Mart. It's impossible to make a living on 28 hours or 34 hours a week."
As one of the only companies thriving in these tough economic times, Wal-Mart has a responsibility to provide its workers a living wage and good benefits so they can stay on their feet and support their families. But instead, Wal-Mart continues to take advantage of Aubretia and her 1.4 million coworkers across the country.
At Wal-Mart Watch, we're helping Wal-Mart employees speak out about their experiences -- and you can help too. Watch this video of Aubretia and pass it along to your friends and family:

We asked Aubretia what would be her wish list from Wal-Mart. Here is what she had to say:
"I used to be proud to be a Wal-Mart employee. Now, it's kind of embarrassing to be a Wal-Mart associate. Just be human. Have management be human, have the Walton family be human. Instead of listening with your pocket, listen with your heart."
Help make this message as powerful as possible -- send Aubretia's video to everyone you know:

Thank you.
