Greenwald Announces Film on Tom DeLay

A documentary about the Texas criminal investigation that led to the indictment
of Representative Tom DeLay, the former House majority leader on campaign
fund-raising charges, is being put to use by Mr. DeLay's political opponents in
an attempt to unseat him. The film, "The Big Buy: How Tom DeLay Stole Congress,"
will be distributed this spring by the Hollywood producer and liberal
provocateur Robert Greenwald.

According to Paul Kamen, President George W. Bush, being subject to military
jurisdiction as Commander-In-Chief of the United States Armed Forces, is
ultimately liable for war crimes. He can be court-martialed under the Uniform
Code of Military Justice provisions for enforcing patently illegal orders
through the military chain of command in the commission of crimes that wantonly
violated the LOAC and signed treaties of international law, specifically for
relief of the Iraqi people.

Karen Pickett | The Green Scare

Karen Pickett looks at the FBI's campaign to portray "eco-terrorism" as the
number one domestic terror threat and sees a new "green scare." She says:
"Eco-terrorism," a term trumpeted in the media, was invented in the early 1990s
by public relations firm Hill and Knowlton, in the employ of corporations in the
extractive industries.
