"Genocide Day"!!!
516 years ago Christopher Columbus "discovered" us.........didn't know we were lost............anyway........this was the beginning of the end of the indigenous cultures of Turtle Island..........not the total end, fortunately.........however it has been an uphill battle trying to maintain our cultures within the social structure that has been imposed upon or land........We are strong and have prevailed (somewhat).......we have learned to adapt and have not lost all of our past.........I believe that those of us who have maintained the link to our cultural heritage will be the ones who weather the current storm raging across the globe.........So my prayer to you and to the planet is stay strong, keep focused on the next 7 generations and hope that the ongoing madness doesn't destroy us all !!!!!!!!
