The fourth anniversary of the start of the war in Iraq -- Monday, March 19 -- is fast approaching, and an end to this quagmire seems nowhere in sight. With President Bush continuing to insist on escalating the conflict and Congress dragging its feet on finding a real solution, there is still a great deal of work to do to bring our troops home. Here are a few things YOU can do right now to help ensure that four years of war doesn't turn into five, or six, or more:
- MoveOn is organizing candlelight vigils on Monday, March 19 to observe the anniversary of the war and honor the sacrifice made by more than 3,000 soldiers.
